Formed in 1892, The Hamilton Camera Club is one of the oldest camera clubs in Canada. Originally organized as a venue for black and white prints the club evolved and included both colour prints and colour slides. The advent of the digital revolution saw the club again move with the times and highlight the digital print. With the recent purchase of a digital projector, the electronically projected image has now become another new medium of photographic expression for its members.
As it has always been, The Hamilton Camera Club is dedicated to helping amateur photographers enhance their skills in all facets of photography. As a member and camera enthusiast you can meet with others who have similar interests, exchange photographic ideas and questions, network, display your work and enter in competitions.
